There is no ‘trick’ that the 3-day diet, only a very low calorie.

But there are drawbacks to the diet. For example, you may only lose a few pounds all the hungry, not the £ 10 some proponents claim.

It could also be remiss not to mention that the extended use of the diet program certainly lead to anorexia. The name of the diet, ‘The 3-Day Diet’ reason – it can only be used for three days.
